In Japan, Nara Dreamland, an amusement park had to be shut down and as a result found itself  abandoned. However, the park still attracts visitors who find the place somewhat mysterious.

Built in 1961,  Nara Dreamland  was meant to be an imitation of  Disneyland. However,   the economic conditions and the leagal factor resulted in the closure of the park in 2006. In addition to that, Disneyland  and Universal Studio opened their amusement parks in Tokyo and Osaka, respectively. Waiting to be totally destroyed, the  abandoned the park still attracts many curious visitor such as photographers and foreigners.
